Cultural diversity finds relevance in contemporary workplace in the face of increasing workforce migration, women’s participation among other drivers. Contemporary organisations are therefore rarely culturally homogeneous. Workers from different cultural backgrounds necessarily have to interact to attain goals. Effective management of the human resource would therefore involve devising means of ensuring that this diversity yields positive dividends for the organisation. This is the fate of the Nigerian public service that comprises a workforce of highly varied culture going by the huge number of ethnic groups within the country. This paper examines the challenges cultural diversity poses to the Nigerian Public Service which is basically that of diversity management which should be addressed within the context of people’s management both at the governance and managerial levels. It reviewed methods used and efforts made by successive governments to make cultural diversity a blessing rather than a curse. It advocates the complex leadership theory, a leadership framework that recognizes the instability and unpredictability of a diverse workplace such as the Nigerian public service.

Proponents of jury trials argue that limiting or abolishing jury trials would undermine the public’s faith in the criminal justice system. Nevertheless, the court system has confirmed the existence of “the vanishing trial,” a term used to describe the steadily declining role of trials (civil and criminal) in the American legal system. With respect to how cases are handled in the criminal justice system, jury trials are often considered the epitome of justice. Therefore, this paper seeks to examine the history of the jury trial and the great lengths that have been taken to improve the institution of the jury.

The study examined the Effect of Social Security Contribution and Quality Service Delivery on Economic Conditions of Beneficiaries in Rwanda Social Security .Board (RSSB) in Ruhango Branch. A total number of 256 respondents from beneficiaries of Rwanda Social Security Board in Ruhango Branch participated in the study. The objectives of the study were (a) to examine beneficiaries’ attitude toward social security and services delivery in Ruhango Branch, (b) to assess the economic conditions of social security beneficiaries in Ruhango Branch, and (c) to examine the quality of social security services delivery in Ruhango Branch, and (d) to establish the correlation among the social security contribution, quality service delivery and economic activities of social security beneficiaries in Ruhango Branch.

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the barriers faced by small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in accessing financing from banks and to identify possible solutions. The study was necessitated by the observed failure of SMEs to grow and develop into larger profitable enterprises, despite their immense contribution to economic growth. Data collection was done through key informant interviews, comprehensive analysis of secondary sources and field surveys. It emerged from the study that the biggest barriers to SME financing are lack of collateral, a small equity base and information asymmetry. The study recommends that banks and SMEs must form alliances and strategic partnerships to formulate solutions that will remove barriers and improve SME access to financing. Also, the government of Zimbabwe must adequately fund the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Co-operative Development (MMSMECD) so that it can fulfill its mandate of supporting SMEs.

The purpose of the research is to recognize the effect of training and development on employee attitude. Employees are the basic part of every organization through which the goals and objectives of the organization accomplish. If employees have the capabilities of related task so they will bring the best output. These capabilities can be boost up by giving the effective training to the employees. Training and development offer helpful effect to employees of the organization in a sense that they have more advanced position towards their work as they can be more competent, work better with fewer errors and require less supervision.
